 Established in 1989, Zhejiang Weidouli Valves Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating the researching, development, production and sales of valves, which occupying an area of 9500 square meters, and has 158 employees with 26 technicians holding middle and senior titles. Our company has 3 main production centers respectively for special valve, forged steel valve and cast steel valve and has more than 100 sets of production equipment like NC machine tool, general machine toll, special equipment for tank lorry ball valve and special equipment for welding with self-contained test sets. Except measuring tool, apparatus, meters and physical and chemical laboratory equipments for general productions` test and inspection, it also has other sets like the metal’s surface reinforced vacuum furnace, metal materials analyzers made in Niton LLC, ultrasonic thickness measure, and portable Richter hardness test, ultrasonic flaw detector and so on. These sets of valves performance test facilities could suffice the gas and liquid of valves and varies kinds of dimensions pressure performance inspection, so it could assure the whole process of quality control about productions from the accessories to finished products.
In 2001 our company smoothly passed the accreditation of ISO9001 International Quality Management System via DNV organization and passed the accreditation of both API-6D and the national special equipment manufacturing license for pressure pipe components (AZ) at the same time in 2005.
The leading products of the company are series of special materials valve include: the series of titanium and titanium alloy valves, nickel and nickel alloy valves (Monel alloy, Hastelloy, Hastelloy B, Hastelloy C, No.20 alloy and duplex steel), zirconium valves etc. There are varies kinds of valves type: ball valve, gate valve, globe valve, check valve, plug (cock) valve, hard sealing butterfly valve and gauge valve. Its special material valves have accepted several patents. Its products are produced in accordance with both domestic and foreign advanced standards like GB, JB, API, ANSI, ISO, BS, DIN, NF and JIS. The product diameter range is 3/8”~24” (DN6~600mm), pressure class range is 150Lb~2500Lb (0.1Mpa~42.0 Mpa). These kinds of special materials valves are used on large fields like chemical industry, war industry, petroleum, sea development and power industry that have strong corrosive mediums like acid, alkali and salt.
