It was founded in 1989, whose factory covers an area of 9500m2 with three major production centers respectively for forged steel valve, cast steel valve and special valve. It has more than 100 sets of production equipment like machining center, NC machine tool, general machine tool, special NC equipment for tank lorry ball valve and special equipment for welding. In addition, it has special equipment for testing and detecting such as physical and chemical test for metal materials, ultrasonic thickness measurement, Brinell hardness test, nondestructive flaw detection, metal heat treatment, a complete set of equipment series for pressure test and the like.

The leading products of the company include: ball valve, gate valve, globe valve, hard sealing butterfly valve, check valve, plug valve, high-pressure and small-caliber forged steel valve, high-temperature valve for power station and valves made of special materials like titanium and Hastelloy alloy with more than 50 sorts, over 180 series and nearly one thousand specifications and models. Its products are produced in accordance with both domestic and foreign advanced standards like GB, JB, API, ANSI, ISO, BS, DIN, NF and JIS. The product diameter range is 3/8″~80″（DN6~2000mm）, pressure class range is 150Lb~2500Lb（0.1MPa~42.0MPa） and the working temperature range is -196~680℃. The materials for the main body of the valve include carbon steel, alloy steel, extra-low-carbon stainless steel, commercially pure titanium, titanium alloy, Hastelloy alloy, Monel alloy, No.20 alloy and the like.
